THE SURFACE OF THE SUN - PAGE 3

The first image here is the one Mozina uses to support his claim that the Sun has a solid or rigid iron surface. He claims that surface exists some 4800 kilometers below the point where the Sun's photosphere becomes opaque. He implies that the original data acquired by the TRACE satellite has been processed in a way that allows us to see through that opaque plasma, some sort of computer graphics X-ray vision.

These next two images are virtually identical to the data that NASA and the TRACE satellite scientists used to create the running difference graphic. They are corresponding sections cropped from the original TRACE data. These images were acquired through a 171Å filter between about 16:00 and 18:00 on 2000-08-28. They would have been obtained within minutes of the data processed into the gold colored image above.

For over a decade Michael Mozina has refused to provide a quantitative explanation of how two images like those above can be transformed into a running difference graphic like the one at the top. He claims the process allows us to see through a layer of plasma almost 5000 kilometers thick, so thick and dense that no light can escape from more than about 400 kilometers deep. It is obvious that he doesn't have any idea how to manipulate the data images to create the running difference result. It is certain that he can't explain how a running difference image can actually show us what he claims. His use of such an image to support his outrageous claim is scientifically fraudulent.
